4. Service-Specific Terms

Kwachafin (Village Banking Services)

When using Kwachafin services, you agree to:

• Participate in good faith in village banking group activities
• Make timely loan repayments as agreed within your village banking group
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Comply with group lending policies and community agreements
• Understand that microloans are subject to interest rates and terms disclosed at the time of borrowing

Valtech Technology (Software Development)

When engaging our software development services, you agree to:

• Provide clear project requirements and specifications
• Make timely payments according to agreed milestones
• Respect intellectual property rights as outlined in project agreements
• Provide necessary access and information for project completion
• Review and approve deliverables within specified timeframes

Afriraise (Crowdfunding Platform)

Campaign Creators agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information about projects
• Use funds raised only for stated campaign purposes
• Provide regular updates to donors and supporters
• Fulfill promised rewards and deliverables to backers
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Campaign Donors/Supporters agree to:

• Understand that contributions may be non-refundable
• Review campaign details carefully before contributing
• Accept the risks associated with crowdfunding
• Acknowledge that Ravdan is a platform facilitator, not a guarantor

StudentBooster (Educational Platform)

When using StudentBooster, you agree to:

• Use educational materials for personal learning purposes only
• Not share account credentials with others
• Not reproduce, distribute, or sell our educational content
• Respect academic integrity policies
• Provide accurate information about educational progress

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services for money laundering or illegal financial activities

Refund Policy

Refund policies vary by service:

• Kwachafin: Loan fees are non-refundable once disbursed
• Valtech Technology: Refunds subject to project agreement terms
• Afriraise: Crowdfunding contributions are generally non-refundable
• StudentBooster: Subscription refunds available within 7 days of initial purchase

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• Crowdfunding campaigns will be successful
• Educational outcomes will be guaranteed

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravdan Group and its companies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Errors or omissions in content
• Conduct of other users
• Failed crowdfunding campaigns
• Loan defaults or financial losses

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ravdan Group, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your use of our services
• Your content or activities on our platform

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abusive behavior toward other users or our staff
• Non-payment of fees
• Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from termination.
